Me too it would seem. It is not doing what I expected. Basically what it is saying is to wrap the following around the text you want to collapse:
<div class "wm-collapsible wm-collapsed">
Text to be displayed
</div>
The "wm-collapsible" says the section is collapsible, and "wm-collapsed" says to set the initial state to collapsed. The </div> simply sets the end of the section to be collapsed.
Unfortunately it seems if the initial state is set to collapsed, the the section headers in the collapsed section are removed from the table of contents at the top. It does make some sense in that when collapsed the link cannot be resolved without expanding the section.
I tried making each individual entry a collapsible section, but so far that was a complete failure. I need to start smaller. Also it will add to the complexity of maintaining the page, because anyone that adds an entry, if not edit an existing entry, is going to need to understand collapsible sections, or someone who does will have to patch it up later.
The home page is locked, this one is open to anyone to edit.
